The Finger Lakes of New York — particularly Canandaigua and Keuka — hold happy memories for my family and me. Boating, swimming, water-skiing, wake-boarding, kayaking, we were always on or near the water. Carved by a receding glacier, the 11 lakes resemble long fingers spread across central and western New York. Their beauty moves me whatever the season — but summer brings the most joy. These weavings are a tribute to the waters I call my heart’s home.
